Richard Toledo is a Director at Reference Point with 20 years of experience in financial services, risk, consulting, and project management. His financial services career started as a bond analyst at Moody’s Investors Service. From there, he advanced to work at several international investment banks including Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, Citibank, and Barclays.
He is a recognized project management expert for his four years served on the Board of the International Project Management Association – USA, his effectiveness in growing a highly successful consulting business at Program Planning Professionals, and his experience leading the project management practices at Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Guardian Mutual Life, and Muze Inc., where he led teams ranging in size from dozens to over three hundred, and managed budgets from $19M to $51M.
Richard also developed a risk management expertise as Chief of Staff to Citi’s Global Head of Technology Risk where he helped direct the activities of over 300 risk and control professionals, through his leadership of Barclay’s global compliance enhancement program, and from his role in leading operational risk assessments at Credit Suisse.
