Unlock opportunities to
Learn, Develop, Lead, Build & Mentor

Reference Point determines an employee's starting role based on his or her past experiences and knowledge. While many employees follow the standard consultant career progression below, others have transitioned into internal company roles. Our leadership team ensures that each employee’s career goals are considered as client and internal opportunities arise.

Reference Point has given me the opportunity to pursue a different career path than a typical consulting progression. After spending my entire career in client-facing delivery roles, I’ve recently transitioned to a full-time role managing Reference Point’s internal operations. I think this opportunity is a testament to Reference Point’s commitment to helping team members grow and gain new experiences.
