Associate

Associates utilize critical thinking, analytical, and verbal communication skills to drive delivery on consulting engagements.


Consultant

Consultants work independently, manage small teams, further develop subject matter expertise and interact with senior-level clients on a regular basis.


Senior Consultant

Senior Consultants manage client relationships and project delivery and bring unique subject matter expertise to deliver services to clients. SCs also contribute to business development and mentor Associates and Consultants.


Principal Consultant

Principal Consultants lead large teams, possess subject matter expertise and manage project delivery and client needs. PCs drive business development efforts and build relationships with new clients.


Director

Directors lead teams across multiple clients, possess deep subject matter expertise and lead business development efforts. Directors focus on firm growth through quality delivery, sales, team member development and other internal initiatives.

The leaders of our firm. Partners focus on business development efforts, building teams, ensuring quality delivery across all engagements and supporting a growth culture in which all team members can succeed.
