Tiffany Chow is a Consultant at Reference Point with extensive experience in data analysis, digital transformation, process optimization, and risk and remediation testing for Financial Services clients. Throughout her time at Reference Point, Tiffany has played a pivotal role in supporting Strategy & Management initiatives by developing robust frameworks, comprehensive process and procedural documentation, and visualization tools that drive continuous improvement opportunities and operational efficiency.
During her career, Tiffany has supported large banks in creation of required internal procedures and supporting artifacts. As part of efforts to improve risk management and governance, Tiffany authored comprehensive process and procedure documents, focusing on establishing data governance policies that aligned with regulatory and operational requirements. In support of ongoing digital transformation initiatives, Tiffany has developed and implemented visualization tools to facilitate the analysis of key pain points and gaps. She has also provided strategic planning and execution support to develop a recommended target state operating model and framework designed to optimize business performance.
Tiffany graduated from SUNY Binghamton University’s School of Management with concentrations in Management Information Systems and Business Analytics. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys travelling, going to workout classes, and spending time with family and friends exploring New York City.
