Grace Allen is a Consultant at Reference Point with experience in supporting both client-facing and internal teams to create more efficient and seamless processes. Examples include researching opportunities and offering phased recommendations to multiple internal groups with the goal of the company staying a front-runner in the industry among multiple topics and cleaning and restructuring past client deliverables to expedite preparation for client-facing teams in the future.
Grace graduated from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with concentrations in Management and Marketing and a track in Global Commerce. In her free time, Grace enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
