Bill Browne

Bill Browne is an experienced management consultant with over 40 years of banking, IT and, operational P&L management. His industry experience includes financial services, utilities, insurance servicing and plan administration, and manufacturing. Bill’s reputation is that of a no-nonsense operational and change manager with a strong sense of the practicalities of getting things done.
Bill was previously a Senior Vice President and Division Manager for at Pacific First National Savings Bank. He has also served as a Senior Vice President and Division Manager for Systems at Bank of America-Seafirst, and as a Senior Vice President and Group Manager at Rainier National Bank.
Bill attended Eastern Washington College of Education and the Harvard Graduate School of Business’s Advanced Management Program in Systems and Technology Management.
